Simon was born and brought up in Barmouth. He worked for J Charles Hughes & Co Solicitors after leaving school. The bright lights of the south soon began to beckon his yuppie tendencies

and Simon emigrated to deepest Surrey and the ex-Priminister's home town of Worcester Park. There he started learning the trade of estate agency with one of the trailblazing firms of Agents - Mann & Co.. Having had spells in Epsom, Ewell and Worcester Park he was then appointed Branch Manager in Reigate and firm grew from 60 offices to over 450 in 10 years.
Staying in the South of England he then went to work for Nationwide Estate Agents as they began to develop the agency arm of their business, a sense of deja vous occurred as he was promoted to Epsom Branch Manager. During the 1990's Simon dabbled and travelled, including a spell in Prague as a print broker and working on the film 'First Knight' with Sean Connery and Richard Gere. Following that he served as Manager of the West Bromwich Building Society in Dolgellau, then a career change again when he joined Pearl Assurance Plc.Then in 1999 he joined Sanderson Estate Agents. Simon will often be found on the golf course. However, whilst business has been going really well the old golf handicap has suffered up from 8 to 12. What about him as a person, always serious I don't think so, but certainly, he does take the job seriously. He wants to do the clients proud, with the old adage fast, efficient, professional and friendly.
