When Andy & Alison went on holiday they returned to find evidence inadvertently left on the office camera that plenty of fun and frolics had happened during their absence.

Ffestyn (on the right) is clearly still taking his job as seriously as ever and is quickly maturing into a typical estate agent!

Simon (on the left) is as cheerful as usual.

Whilst the sales continued to roll in, the Newspaper adverts definitely caused some even bigger guffaws and chuckles with Simons humour published in The Cambrian News and Daltons Weekly completely un-moderated due to Andy's absence from the office.

Sadly our efforts at helping Barmouth in Bloom were also totally ruined as "New Boy' Ffestyn Williams forgot the important duty of watering the hanging baskets. Local vandals also decided to re-arrange our pathetic floral display too!

We didn't think it was funny but Ffestyn clearly thought differently.
